My summer has become something that is defined by a few things to me...
1) Working with kids all day...which since I am not working at Daycamp this year, I thought was going to change...but ROCKHARBOR VBS changed that...it was AWESOME! (I'll have pictures of that soon...)
2) The OC FAIR. It's weird to not be working it this year...but just walking around, dear God it brings back so many memories of summer's past. Also, I have seen how much I have changed because I am growing to hate it more and more, and before (aka when I was in high school and dumb) I LOVED it.
2) Seeing the hit summer blockbusters and ridiculous times of the night because we can! Indiana Jones, The Dark Knight, Mamma Mia! It's been great...12 AM all the way! Oh did I mention seeing Batman two nights late in a row is NOT a good idea? Because it isn't.
3) And last but not least, FAIR PARKING. I was telling people yesterday, I don't know why...but I don't feel like a summer is complete without working Fair Parking at the church...dealing with the crazies, having hundreds of dollars on me at all times, doing ridiculous things to pass the time, yelling at Gabe on the walkie...and cleaning up the most disgusting things out of Em's car....that is something I will probably always do in the summer, no matter what church I go to!

All this to say, I love summer!
