Before swallowing, do you look at the liquid and say, 'Ten drops of you go to my spleen. I need fifty on cardiovascular detail. The rest of you head north to my scalp. It's really itchy today.' Water somehow knows where to go. Jesus knows the same. Your directions are not needed..."
When I ask God to fill me up, I usually have an agenda for him. Like, God please fill me up in the area of _______________ so I can get something out of it...but it doesn't work like that, and that's a realization that has been tough for me.
This book is good so far, looking forward to finishing it
